Any data, any scale

One platform. Every environment where your data lives.

Teleskope deploys how you want: air-gapped, single-tenant SaaS, or Teleskope-managed, and automatically resolves the exposure it finds. No handoffs. No queues.

FedRAMP authorized isn't the same as FedRAMP secure.

Most data security platforms are still SaaS under the hood, proxying data through an outpost.

Teleskope can run fully air-gapped, entirely inside your environment, and inaccessible from the outside. Your data is classified on your infrastructure, under your control. Nothing leaves for processing or analysis, ever.

Continuous discovery, governed remediation.

One platform for any scale and every environment where your data lives.

Everywhere Your Data Lives

Sensitive data doesn't stay where you put it. Teleskope covers every environment it spreads to, under one classification engine and one policy layer.

Cloud, on-prem, SaaS & AI tools. Every connected source is scanned continuously, every finding classified the same way, every policy enforced across environments, not within silos.

Don't see your environment? Teleskope's API supports custom integrations for non-standard systems.

Reporting & Dashboards

Most data security tools give you a dashboard that shows how bad things are. Teleskope gives you a dashboard that shows how much you've resolved, and the audit trail to prove it.

Unlike most other tools that run scans periodically, Teleskope continuously updates your data map across every connected environment, enabling real-time remediation. Every automated action is logged with full context. Compliance-ready exports included for SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, and EU AI Act.

Easy to Get Started

Teleskope earns the right to act by first proving it understands your environment. No automation runs before you've validated what it would do.

  • Crawl: Full visibility, nothing automated.
  • Walk: Define policies, validate behavior, begin automation on high-confidence cases.
  • Run: Continuous governed remediation, edge cases routed to human review.

Every capability, powered by Teleskope’s Data Reasoning Layer.

The Data Reasoning Layer is the intelligence that unities classification with policies, making a context-aware decision about what to do, and executing that decision natively with human-in-the-loop automations.

"For the first time, we have a platform that not only finds sensitive data across our systems but also understands context and takes action automatically. It feels like having a full data management team embedded in our environment, giving us confidence to innovate while keeping our data protected."

Ramp

"A lot of DSPMs, they identify the risk but don't automate the action. It kind of just works without me having to necessarily micromanage it at all times — which is a huge benefit for us because we just don't have that operational capacity."

Does Teleskope work in a fully air-gapped environment with no internet access?

arrow down

Yes. The air-gapped deployment model is designed for exactly this. Teleskope runs entirely on your infrastructure with no outbound data transfer and no phone home required. Everything happens inside your perimeter.

What's the difference between single-tenant SaaS and the standard SaaS deployment?

arrow down

In single-tenant SaaS, your Teleskope instance runs on dedicated infrastructure — dedicated compute, dedicated storage, dedicated classification pipeline. No shared resources with other customers. In multi-tenant SaaS, infrastructure is shared but logically separated. Both are fully managed by Teleskope. The choice depends on your data residency requirements and operational preferences.

How long does it take to get value from Teleskope?

arrow down

Most customers have complete visibility into their data environment within days of connecting their first environments — not weeks or months. The crawl phase is fast because Teleskope doesn't require you to define what's sensitive before it starts scanning. It classifies as it goes, using its understanding of your environment to build the picture continuously. The first automated remediations typically run within the first two weeks, once policies are configured.

Do we need to install agents across our environment?

arrow down

No. Teleskope connects via native APIs and integrations — no agents installed, no infrastructure to manage. For self-hosted or air-gapped deployments, Teleskope runs within your own infrastructure without requiring external connectivity.

We have a custom Salesforce environment and non-standard databases. Will Teleskope actually work?

arrow down

Yes — and this is one of the areas where Teleskope is most differentiated. Most classification tools rely on known schema structures and standard field names. Teleskope's classification engine understands data in context, which means it works in heavily customized environments where standard tools fail. If your Salesforce has been modified extensively, or your CRM was built in-house, Teleskope builds a model of your specific environment rather than assuming it matches a template.

How does Teleskope handle data residency requirements?

arrow down

Teleskope offers self-hosted deployment options that keep all processing and results within your own infrastructure. For organizations with strict data residency requirements — specific regions, specific jurisdictions — the self-hosted model ensures data never crosses boundaries you haven't approved.

What does the crawl/walk/run framework mean in practice? Is there a fixed timeline?

arrow down

The framework describes phases, not timelines — because every environment is different. A cloud-native company with standard SaaS tools moves through the phases faster than a heavily regulated institution with custom infrastructure. What's consistent is the sequence: complete visibility first, then high-confidence automation, then full governed remediation. You don't start automating until you trust what the platform is finding. You don't expand automation until you trust how it's acting. The pace is yours to set.

How does Teleskope fit with tools we already have — Purview, DLP, IAM?

arrow down

Teleskope is designed to complement existing security infrastructure, not replace it. For Microsoft E5 customers, Teleskope's classification feeds accurate MIP labels into Purview, improving Purview's enforcement accuracy and dramatically reducing false positives. For DLP tools, Teleskope provides better-classified data that makes DLP policies more precise. For IAM tools, Teleskope provides evidence of actual data usage that IAM systems don't track — which is what makes evidence-based access removal possible.

Does Teleskope scan every file, or does it sample?

arrow down

Every file. Teleskope does not use sampling-based classification. Every file in every connected environment is scanned. Sampling introduces false negative risk — the exposure you miss is the exposure that matters most.

What happens if Teleskope takes the wrong automated action?

arrow down

Every automated action is reversible and logged. Before automation runs at scale, you define the guardrails — what is automated, what requires human confirmation, what is never automated. If a policy misclassifies something, you can review and reverse the action through the dashboard. The crawl/walk/run deployment model exists specifically to prevent misclassifications at scale by validating policy behavior in detection mode before remediation is enabled.

Can Teleskope integrate with our existing tools — SIEM, SOAR, IAM, ticketing?

arrow down

Yes. Teleskope's API supports integration with existing security and IT infrastructure. Customers currently use the API to connect Teleskope to automation platforms like Tines, identity management tools, and downstream enforcement systems like SASE. If you have a non-standard or homegrown system, contact us — we support custom connector builds.

Does Teleskope replace our DSPM or DLP tool?

arrow down

For most customers, yes — Teleskope replaces both. It performs continuous data discovery and classification (DSPM) and enforces remediation natively (DLP), without routing findings to a separate tool. For Microsoft E5 customers, Teleskope accelerates Purview rather than replacing it — accurate MIP labels from Teleskope feed into Purview's enforcement engine, making the existing investment perform as intended.

What compliance frameworks does Teleskope support?

arrow down

SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and EU AI Act. Teleskope's audit trail and automated evidence generation are designed to satisfy both security and compliance reporting requirements without manual evidence gathering.
