Teleskope for Data Exposure Prevention

Teleskope finds exposed data, understands whether it is actually risky in your specific environment, and fixes it automatically: within your guardrails, with a full audit trail and flexible human-in-the-loop controls.

Prevent sensitive data exposure

Stop sensitive data exposure in Slack, Teams, and Google Drive before it becomes a breach

Detect overly permissive access

Detect and remediate overly permissive access across users, systems, and third parties

Revoke external access

Automatically revoke public links and external access to sensitive files and folders

Redact exposed data

Automatically redact sensitive data exposed in shared or collaborative environments

From detection to auto-remediation in one platform

Understand what’s exposed

Teleskope reads your environment the way a senior analyst would: distinguishing a legitimately shared client folder from an accidentally public one, a labeled test file from an unlabeled contract containing PII. It knows what sharing is expected in your organization and what isn't.

Decide which action to take

Based on your policies and risk appetite, Teleskope determines the appropriate response for each sensitive data exposure: revoke the link, redact the content, block the transfer, or notify the owner. Not a generic rule applied uniformly. The action that fits the situation.

Enforce it automatically

Teleskope acts natively, closing the public link, removing the Slack message, blocking the ChatGPT upload, in the same platform that found the exposure, without routing to a ticketing system, an IAM tool, or a human queue.

"Teleskope was the only solution that did everything we needed, from data deletions to vendor coordination and PII detection. The platform has become a staple across our data security workflows."

Won't automatic remediation delete something important by mistake?

arrow down

Teleskope's remediation actions are governed, auditable, and reversible. Before any automation runs at scale, you define the guardrails — what actions are permitted, what requires human review, and what is off-limits entirely. Every action is logged with full context: what was found, why it was flagged, what action was taken, and by what policy. Nothing is permanently deleted without explicit configuration authorizing it.

How is this different from what our DLP tool already does?

arrow down

DLP tools work at the egress point — they try to catch sensitive data as it leaves. Teleskope works at the source — it governs data where it lives, classifies it before it moves, and remediates exposure before your DLP ever sees it. The two work better together than either does alone: Teleskope's classification feeds your DLP with accurate labels, dramatically reducing false positives.

What environments does Teleskope cover?

arrow down

Teleskope covers cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and AI environments — including Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and major cloud platforms. Unlike some competitors whose architecture is optimized for cloud-first environments and struggles in hybrid or on-prem deployments, Teleskope operates across your full environment from a single control plane.

How long does it take to see value?

arrow down

Teleskope is designed for a crawl, walk, run deployment model. In the crawl phase, you gain complete visibility into your exposure landscape — typically within days of deployment, not months. From there, you define the policies and guardrails for the walk phase, where automation begins on high-confidence, well-understood use cases. The run phase — where the platform is governing and remediating autonomously — follows as trust in the system builds. You set the pace.

Can Teleskope handle our custom environment? We don't use standard out-of-the-box configurations.

arrow down

Yes. Teleskope's classification engine goes beyond regex and signature-based matching — it understands business context, document types, and data relationships specific to your organization. It doesn't require predefined patterns to identify what's sensitive in your environment. It learns your environment, which is why it works in custom Salesforce configurations, proprietary CRMs, and homegrown systems where signature-based tools fail entirely.

What happens if a remediation action was wrong?

arrow down

Every action Teleskope takes is reversible and logged. If a file was incorrectly remediated, it can be restored. The audit trail shows exactly what happened and why — which also satisfies EU AI Act and ISO 42001 requirements for human oversight of automated decisions.

Your backlog isn’t a resource problem. It’s a tooling problem.
